At our first visit our WAGS representative will
show you his/her license and ID and give you
a list of local references with names and
telephone numbers and answer any questions.
After a quick view of the yard we will give you
the quote and let you know the days and time
of day to expect our service. We will always
leave a business card or door hanger at every
visit.
Our Wags team will always be in our Wags
branded uniform and our trucks and vans will
always have a clearly visible Wags logo on
both sides.
We will write down all preferences and needs
including: Where we should park, which gates
to use and keep closed and any special needs
pertaining to your pet or property.
If this is a first time or one time cleaning we
will determine a reasonable fee and with your
approval begin cleaning. The pet waste that
we remove is hauled away. Some counties do
not allow the waste to be transported. If that is
the case with your county, we will double bag
the waste and put it in your trash can.
A one time cleaning has a $29 minimum
however, if you have not cleaned the area in
the last 2 weeks and have multiple dogs you
should expect to pay a bit more. Example: We
can clean a 1 acre yard with 2 dogs that has
not been cleaned for 2-3 weeks for a one time
payment of $45 and deodorize areas of the
yard for an additional $5, if desired.
After the yard is completely clean to your
satisfaction we will collect the payment. After
this first payment your rate will be lowered to
our normal rate.

If you are wanting a weekly service we ask for
one month payment in advance. You can
easily have a reoccurring payment processed
monthly with our online secure Paypal system.
You can cancel service at anytime and you will
be refunded 100% of the unused portion of
your payment.
You can expect your lawn to be more
enjoyable as we thoroughly remove the mess,
odor and germ ridden pet waste. Leaving you
with a healthier environment for your family to
enjoy.
Get a reduced rate when you refer other pet
owners to join our service. For every referral
that signs on we will reduce your weekly rate
by $1. Refer as many as you can to cover the
cost of our service and you can enjoy free
service every week! Example: You have one
dog and use our weekly service for $9.80 per
week. Refer 10 customers and as long as they
are active (monthly) customers your service is
100% FREE!
What happens if I prepay for 6 -12 months
and then cancel before the my time is
finished.
We give you 100% refund of the unused
portion of your payment.
How do I know when my yard has been
cleaned?
You will not see any dog waste :)
and we always leave a door hanger or
business card on your door at every visit.
Where does the dog waste go?
It is taken to the local landfill to be disposed
of properly.
Can you deodorize our lawn or deck after
cleaning it?
Yes. Wags has organic lawn and deck
deodorizers that we will use as needed or
requested. A small additional fee will apply
according to the size of the area being
deodorized.
How can we get your service for free?
Just refer others to us and make sure they
mention that you referred them. For every
active customer that you refer we reduce
your weekly service by $1. So, if you have
signed up for our $9.80 weekly service you
just need to have 10 active referrals and
your service is 100% FREE!
